Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in cases of service failure, double payments, or eligible cancellations as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
Booking advances and payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be sent via email to contact@example.com with proof of payment and reason for the request.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. EMI Refunds
If you have availed EMI options, refunds will be processed through Razorpay. Please note that EMI processing fees may not be refundable.
6. No Show or Delayed Arrival
Refunds will not be granted for client no-shows or unreasonable delays that disrupt the scheduled service.
7. Event Disruption
If the event is disrupted due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Package Customizations
Refunds are not applicable on customized packages or add-ons once services have commenced.
