Cancellation Policy
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel bookings by notifying us via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
2. Advance Payment
All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Partial Refund Eligibility
If the full payment has been made and the event is canceled 7 or more days in advance, a partial refund may be provided after deducting service charges.
4. Cancellations Within 7 Days
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as preparations and resources would have been committed.
5. Rescheduling Option
Clients may request to reschedule instead of canceling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
6. Service Provider Cancellations
If we cancel the booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., emergencies, technical issues), a full refund will be issued or an alternate date will be offered.
7. EMI Cancellations
For bookings made through EMI options, cancellation refunds (if applicable) will be processed through Razorpay as per their terms.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us at contact@example.com or message us via WhatsApp with your booking details.
9. Custom Packages
Custom photography or videography packages are not eligible for cancellation refunds once the planning or shoot process has begun.
10. Policy Acceptance
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms listed in this cancellation policy.
